Cognigen Presents Hands-On Course Using NONMEM
A 3-day introductory workshop in population PK data analysis will be presented May 13 to 15, 2010, by Cognigen Chief Scientific Officer Jill Fiedler-Kelly and other Cognigen scientists in conjunction with the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. This workshop will provide a comprehensive understanding of the population PK approach to data analysis using formal lectures; review of data, code, and data analysis results; and hands-on exercises. Participants will practice coding control streams, running various models, and evaluating results at individual computer terminals.

The work of Cognigen scientists Joel Owen, PhD, RPh, and Inger Darling, PhD, will be presented in a poster at the 29th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Pain Society from May 6 to 9, 2010, in Baltimore. The poster, Single-Dose and Steady-State Pharmacokinetics of MoxDuo™, a Dual-Opioid Formulation Containing a Fixed-Ratio of Morphine and Oxycodone, will be presented by QRxPharma and Lifetree Clinical Research.

The University of California San Francisco School of Pharmacy held the American Course on Drug Development and Regulatory Sciences (ACDRS), Session 1, from Wednesday, September 30, to Friday, October 2, 2009, at the University of California, Washington Center, in Washington DC. Cognigen Completes Extensive Upgrade of Data Storage Infrastructure
Cognigen Corporation recently completed a significant upgrade of its data storage infrastructure.
