Population PK/PD and PBPK Scientist

As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team providing modeling and simulation solutions from early research to late stage development from small biotechs to large pharma, your position as a scientist will involve an exciting array of opportunities to influence drug development, including:

  • consultation with clients regarding the design and implementation of modeling and simulation frameworks in translational, and drug development program;
  • PK/PD data collection and sample acquisition strategies;
  • preparation of analysis and simulation plans;
  • development and evaluation of PK/PD structural and statistical models and exposure-response relationships;
  • evaluation of demographic, laboratory, and concomitant medication information on PK/PD, safety, and efficacy endpoints;
  • performance and evaluation of clinical trial simulation strategies;
  • preparation of data summaries; presentation of results; and writing technical reports, manuscripts, and relevant regulatory documents.
  • In addition, you will engage in active consultation and collaborations with other scientists.

Using our GastroPlus(TM) suite of products and KIWI (TM) platform, our pharmacometric project teams are:

  • Innovating global collaboration efforts among scientific team members from multiple organizations
  • Streamlining drug development efforts for new medicinesthrough model-based drug development
  • Providing an full spectrum analytical platform for modeling and simulations
  • Providing a transparent presentation platform that will sense the level of detail a drug development team member may want to access and learn more from to inform decision making, ultimately providing the knowledge base to regulatory agencies for approvals of new medicines.

We are looking for pharmacometricians who strives to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment of cross-functional disciplines. Our ideal candidate has mid-senior level experience and is able to jump in and start contributing immediately.  A PhD in biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics, mathematics, statistics/biostatiscs, computational biology, chemical/biomedical engineering is preferred.
