[NMusers] Revised EVAL.for routine on ftp site

Tim Bergsma, Metrum Institute, noted that the EVAL.for routine on the
globomaxnm.com ftp site did not include bug-fix 5 for NONMEM VI. The
correct EVAL.for routine is now on the site. The missing fix would only
affect the standard errors output when the ETABARCHECK option is used.
The p-values are correct.
 
Thanks to Tim for noting this mistake and I apologize for any
inconvenience that this has caused.
