[NMusers] Minimum patients number...

Dear All,

Any idea about the minimum number of patients needed
to produce significant results using NONMEM. What
about the number of samples from each patient?

Our experience indicates that a minimum of 40 patients
with 4 samples from each patient is required to
produce good results.

Ay idea is too much appreciated..
