I believe that NONMEMR is also a registered trademark of the Regents of the
University of California.

NONMEM Users Guides, (1989-98). Beal, S.L. and Sheiner L.B. (Eds.) Icon
Development Solutions, Ellicott City, Maryland, USA.

What is the correct way to reference NONMEM software? I always used "NONMEM
Version VI software (GloboMax, LLC, Hanover, MD)" but I'm not sure GloboMax
is still in Hanover....
