[NMusers] Final version of EMEA guidance on reporting Pop PK analyses

As some of you are already aware, the EMEA put the final version of the
guideline about reporting Pop PK analyses on their web site at the end of
last week. At this point in time it isn't listed on the guidance page
(presumably due to summer vacations) but it can be found on their 'What's
New - Recent Publications' page. The link to the document on their web site
is provided below for your convenience.
