If the number of data records for any individual exceeds 400, it is
necessary to increase the size of certain buffers defined in SIZES.
LIM1, LIM2, LIM6 and LIM16 should be given values that are larger than
the maximum number of data records for an individual. Also, if the
number of observation records for any individual exceeds 250, it is
necessary to increase the value of NO in SIZES to exceed the maximum
number of observation records for an individual. The value of LADD in
SIZES should also be changed to exceed NO*(NO+1)/2 * (number of diagonal
blocks of sigma) if L2 records are intraindividually correlated. The
routines in the nm directory (standard installation) must be recompiled
after changes to the LIM, NO and LADD values. The routines in the tr
and tl directories must also be recompiled if the NO value is changes.
Routines can be recompiled by deleting all the .obj files in the
respective directories as well as nonmem.lib or nonmem.a in the nm
directory and nmtran.exe in the tr directory and then rerunning the
cdsetup6.bat installation script with the same arguments that were used
for the original installation.
