I very much hope that this is a misinformed perception by industry rather
than a reality.
Presumably weight is considered continuous and in oncology BSA is considered
continuous.
Certainly my approach to the clinical sciences is very much based on renal
function being continuous - this is after all what we teach our students
(future providers).
