[NMusers] creating a data file for SS dosing

Friends:


I am new to NONMEM. I am trying to create a data file for a drug that is =
dosed as follows.

Stress or loading dose Q 6hrs x 48 hours. Then maintenance dose is starte=
d as a Q 6h regimen 12 hours after the last loading dose. The plasma conc=
 is measured after 3-4 maintenance doses are administered.

I am trying to develop an excel data sheet as follows.

C ID AMT Time ADDL II DV Ht WT Age

Here for amount (AMT) how do I include the stress or LD information? Do =
I create a separate data line for these doses?
Any help is appreciated.
