[NMusers] nonparametric estimation option

Dear NM users,

 

I'd like to use the new nonparametric feature on NONMEM VI. If the help =
guides are quite clear about the implementation, I don't really =
understand how the estimates are computed : which objective function is =
it? Why jointly cumulatives function could not be obtained, in addition =
to marginals? Is anyone knows references which give more detailed =
informations about this option?
