Dear Jian,
The ADDL data item speaks of doses in the future, therefore you need to =
include dosing records at day 1 (see addition in example below). In case =
that you are not absolutely certain that plasma concentrations would =
have reached steady state by day 5 I think that this is a better =
alternative than to use the SS option.

Dear NM users,
I have a question about creating a steady-state dataset for NM.
Study design:
Multiple dose regimen (10 days study)
(everyday, two doses were given, one is 100 in the morning 8AM, and the =
other one is 150 in the evening 8PM)
multiple samples (from 8AM to 8PM) were taken on day 5 (assuming at =
steady-state).
I made a dataset as following, and it seems not working. Would you point =
out what I missed? Should I use SS option?
