RE : [NMusers] Modeling a concentration curve with secondary peaks?

Several ways to do it. But before we give away generic recipes, you =
probably have some clues about the physiologic and/or galenic mechanism =
causing this double peak.

What models could I use? I tried two compartment models, but it couldn't =
capture the secondary peaks. Suggestions or recommendations are highly =
