I think this sort of data would be available from previous popn =
analyses.
There are many publications that include a parametric description of =
their
sample population often arising from 100' and sometimes 1000's of =
subjects.
These would relate to the study in question however, e.g. general =
medical
etc. It would depend on what population you wanted.
However if you're interested in a multivariate distribution (e.g. the =
joint
distribution of weight and height) then your choices are more limited.
