The selected candidate will interact with and update clients on progress
of projects; interact with potential clients; and assist in marketing
the division in close collaboration with the business development group.
In this role you will oversee the management of the Pharmacokinetics and
Biopharmaceutics (PKBP) Division; supervise the PKBP management team;
serve as project leader for pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics
projects; review objectives, scope, budget, and timeline of projects.
You will also assemble PK project teams and assign PK team members for
projects; provide input/support on science issues, and resolve problems
on projects; and review final reports from completed projects before
submission to clients. Additionally, you will assist in
designing/conducting external training courses/workshops; write
scientific papers, articles, and chapters to support the company's
endeavors in the development of new science; attend and present at
professional meetings, seminars, and workshops.

The qualified candidate will have a Pharm.D. or Ph.D., with at least 10
years of experience in the pharmaceutical sciences field; previous
involvement/participation or specialization in pharmacokinetic/
biopharmaceutic analyses; and excellent management, organizational, and
communications skills. Should have FDA and industry experience, be
scientifically strong including population PK and drug development
experience, have solid management and leadership experience.
