My model is runing after changing II=0 at time 0 with ADDL=0. but it only
runs with part of data set ( 320 observation from 20 subjects) instead of my
total 1035 observations from 65 subjects. now, at least I know my data set
file is correct.

the reason it is not runing for the whole data set may due to the
potential auto-inhibition properties of this drug. I was trying to fit the
data by a linear PK model. I will try some non-linear model and update my
results later.
