[NMusers] ADDL & II

Dear NMusers

 

I would like to know if NONMEM 6.2 is able to deal with a large number =
of
dose events (until 80 ADDL per ID)?

Since the expected response is of pulsatile nature, transforming the =
data
set into a slow infusion wouldn’t be very suitable.
