1) Has anyone yet installed NONMEM using Windows 98 and Digital Visual Fortran?
One user installed with this platform using SETUP.BAT. He reported that he needed to use an F90 window rather than an MS-DOS window. (An F90 window is found on the Start/Programs/Visual Fortran menu. It is an MS-DOS window with the path etc. set differently.)
Can anyone confirm this?
2) Has anyone installed with SETUP and Linux on a PC?
I know of two changes to SETUP that are needed with Linux on a PC. First, the constants in BLKDAT must retain the Intel values. Second, the statement "CALL COMMITQQ(I)" in the FLU routine must be inactivated.
Does anyone know of other changes that are needed?
