I would be grateful if someone can shed some lights on the repeating case.

In this study, each patient had 6 weekly treatments, only treatment 1 and treatment 4 are analyzed. My problem involves two parameters that one is the first order elimination constant, which would not expect high inter-occasion (IOV) variability. However, the other parameter urine residual volume which is dependent on how well patient empty the bladder, and would expect to have similar inter-individual variability (IIV)and IOV variability. I am planning to use inter-occasion variability model. The model I used is as the follow:

The problem I have is I have been trying to changing initial estimates, but minimization is always terminated due to rounding error. I appreciate any comments.
