Dear NONMEM Users,

I have used EVID=0 and MDV=0 to indicate when there is an observation and
EVID=2 and MDV=1 to indicate when there is not an observation in a data file
adapted, and - as I learned from Jeffrey Koup - PCMT=*CMT*. I have fitted
and ADVAN8-based model to log-transformed values of two PK variables
monitored in plasma and urine.

My remaining problem: despite the above measures, NONMEM occasionally avoids
to predict some values where no observation were available. I would
appreciate any suggestion on how to solve this problem.

Kind regards,

why not include control stream and data that recreates the issue?

We could probably offer more help if you created a simple example that
recreates your issue with control and data files included in the body of
your message. It avoids idle speculation and gets you your answer quicker.
