Dear NONMEM-users,

We have a dataset consisting of complete curves of a small subset of individuals and single blood samples from several occasions from the majority of the patients. The bioavailability may be decreased with some occasions by some (not recorded) circumstances like food intake or incidental comedication and, consequently, two populations with different F are observed.

We would like to account for this decreased F using a subpopulation with "normal" value of F and a subpopulation with a "decreased" value of F. However, within one individual F maybe normal at the first occasion and strongly decreased at a second occasion. Therefore, I think $MIX cannot be used. Is there a method to implement this in NONMEM?

Thank you in advance for your help,
