Subject: fortran errors I have been running NONMEM successfully for 2-3 years on an HP-UX 9000/710 system using a variety of models. Recently a run that I have been attemting to complete has finished in a very unusual way. The search progresses and minimization is successful, and then "nothing". The only other unusual aspect is that the first few lines of the outputfile are as follows.
*** FORTRAN I/O ERROR 933: END (OR BEGIN) OF FILE WITH NO "END=" SPECIFIER
FILE: FILE11, UNIT: 11
LAST FORMAT: ("0COVARI",...)
( 0) 0x80d12534 io_ded + 0x31c [/usr/lib/pa1.1/libcl.sl]
( 1) 0x80d15f88 read_seq_unform + 0x1c8 [/usr/lib/pa1.1/libcl.sl]
( 2) 0x80d16154 new_rc + 0x90 [/usr/lib/pa1.1/libcl.sl]
( 3) 0x80d270d8 FTN_S_RSUE + 0x158 [/usr/lib/pa1.1/libcl.sl]
( 4) 0x00040428 dat2 + 0xc68 [a.out.npmcw]
( 5) 0x0003ce04 prres + 0x28e8 [a.out.npmcw]
( 6) 0x0002790c nonmem + 0x2f8 [a.out.npmcw]
This seems to be specific to one particular run that I am attempting. What am I doing wrong, can anybody help?
