Subject: Citations in the NONMEM Users Archive

Some hints to those who wish contributions to be discoverable in the NONMEM Users Archive:

1. Please use a subject in your email message. Failure to do so is not only poor netiquette but will probably mean that your contribution will be lost in a thread which will have a name made up by the NONMEM archivist. This seems to be a contributing factor to the problem referred to below by Stuart Beal.

**See last message in this previous thread.**
2. If you wish to cite a message in a NONMEM Users Archive thread be prepared to locate the html link to the thread in the NONMEM archive and also provide the combination of "From", "Subject", and "Date/Time" headers in order to uniquely identify each message. This seems unnecessarily clumsy to me but is the advice of the current NONMEM archive keepers.

For example:
Web Site: NM UsersNet Archive currently located at www.cognigencorp.com
File: http://www.cognigencorp.com/nonmem/nm/98sep261997.html
