NONMEM Topic 37
Keywords: WWW, Netscape, Mosaic
Topic started by: David Bourne (david-bourne@uokhsc.edu) - 14 Apr 94
I have started a WWW server from the OUHSC College of Pharmacy in Oklahoma
City. Part of the information on this server is a listing of topics and
reponses from this nmusers mail group. I had archived most of the messages
from the last few months and I have put them together as threads. This
information is available using a WWW client such as Mosaic or by gopher or
ftp. The NONMEM discussion topics index is at:
http://157.142.72.77/common/anonymous/nm/t_index.html
(ftp or gopher 157.142.72.77/common/anonymous/nm/t_index.html)
I am starting a general listing of pharmacokinetic software (please send me
details (corrections/additions) of programs you would like to see here) at:
http://157.142.72.77/pkin/soft.html
or
http://157.142.72.77/pkin/pkin.html
The College home page is:
http://157.142.72.77/
And finally, I have started a pharmacy related internet resources (again,
please let me know if have additions or corrections to offer) page at:
http://157.142.72.77/pharmacy/pharmint.html

I've just added a few more topics to the NONMEM archive at:
http://157.142.72.77/common/anonymous/nm/t_index.html
This archive is now searchable.
The new topics are:
NONMEM on a PowerMac, Intrepretation of Dosing Intervals, How to Output the
Objective Function to a Separate File, Using the "Print" Utility?, M6201
MATH Error, NONMEM on a DOS/Windows Machine, and General Question about the
'Best' Platform for NONMEM.

Can someone tell me how to search this archive?>

Is is by anonymous ftp?

You will need a WWW browser (Netscape, Win/MacWeb etc) that does forms.
Lynx also works.
Go to my home page or the NONMEM pages through PK resources. There are
pointers to the search page:
http://157.142.72.143/tr-www.cgi
a-Pkin files (currently including NONMEM) are the default. Enter a word to
search and after a short [;-)] time - give it at least 30 seconds - could
be longer if someone else is downloading a file from the server - you
should get the result. The files aren't pre-indexed which makes it easier
to manage but slower when searching - still not too bad.
You will get a WWW page with your search word in context. Select the
link(s) that look most promising.

They are also accessible (but not searchable) via ftp and gopher.
