Subject: ViViD Visualization software - FREE!! We have developed a tool for interactive graphical analysis of NONMEM table files, on UNIX platforms. This tool is called ViViD and was demonstrated at the PPDM Section booth of the AAPS meeting in San Diego in November of 1994. At that time we planned to distribute ViViD freely to anyone who was interested, pending corporate legal approval. We have now received approval to distribute ViViD, free of charge, to anyone who is interested.
ViViD is a general tool for visualization of multivariate data in the UNIX environment. ViViD has a simple Motif interface and utilizes X-Window graphics to bring easy-to-use graphical analysis capabilities to the desktop. ViViD features interactive multi-dimensional plotting capabilities, coloration by covariate value, data subsetting and histograms. ViViD reads NONMEM table files directly, and has been used extensively in pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic data analyses at Eli Lilly and Company.
Anyone who is interested in obtaining a copy of ViViD, please repond to this e-mail account, firstname.lastname@example.org.
